Farming Ji — Restaurant in Shenzhen

This is for the location in the Shopping Mall 6979 right by the Hong Shan subway station 紅山站 on line 4. Spacious, many tables. Prices reasonable. Specialized in Hunan dishes湖南菜. Which means quite oily and can be very spicy. Fortunately one can ask for to tone down the spiciness. Also dishes tend to be heavily seasoned as the fish on this visit though very fresh and good but too salty and boney. Cauliflower and pepper with pork were very good but oily. Service was adequate but the MAIN COMPLAIN was music was deafeningly loud. Repeated requests to turn volume down only yielded sub par results, apparently that's their...
