I would say that Haidilao hot pot is such an amazing hot pot place that even the average eater like me will fall in love with the food & service of the Haidilao hot pot. I will strongly suggest visiting here with your Chinese friends & get a taste of hot pot. Yes, it's expensive here & you might need to wait for 10-30 minutes for your table. Better to...

Excellent service from Haidilao staffs despite the long queue and waiting. Got free snacks, drinks, manicure services etc while we were waiting for tables. Food was good. Overall nice dining experience...

大阪では心斎橋にもできたが、ほぼメニューは同じじゃないでしょうか。中国の連れが勝手にバースデイサプライズ入れたのでスタッフがマイクで歌ってくれて恥ずかしかった。（よく見たらお誕生日テーブルだった）平日の木曜日なのに凄い人気で整理券もらってから一時間待ちました。その間モール内の色んな店見て回って楽しかったです。モール内にはイオンシネマみたいなのがありましたが知らん映画ばかりでした。
