重陽節(香港假，國內無公眾假)和朋友夫婦來食，要提早網上攞位 (5點攞位，7點半才能入座，現場一定攞唔到位)。據悉係米芝蓮推介，今次真係不枉此行，值得推介，乳鴿做到最頂級的水準。3個人食，應該$400港紙有找。 乳鴿食左紅燒和鹽焗，水準頂級。黑松露鴿肉煲仔飯，飯底一流，香濃松露味；火候一流，有香脆金黃的飯焦，正；鴿肉比較像配料，因為松露太搶味了。以上三款好掂。 仲食了炒黃牛肉，黑醋烤肉，鮮茄娃娃菜豆腐，黑醋烤肉比較清新有創意，其他就普通。送了兩飲品都唔錯。 裝修靚，環境乾淨舒適。有屏幕展示廚房環境，睇到內部都十分乾淨。廳面和內廚的衛生係超5星水平。 所有職員的服務，禮貌，衛生都是5星水準，可能只是我未能觀察到他們超5星的表現，否則都應該要加分。管理制度也是超五星，該店有一個（6大服務承諾）放在一些當眼位，亦真係認真去做給顧客知道。當日碟炒牛肉，朋友點了微辣，朋友跟職員講，職員即時免費做碟微辣給我們，做好的依然留給我們。這些種種服務好到讓我唔好意思。深深感受到國內服務水平之提升，和其競爭力之強。
