I had the pleasure of dining at Xibei Youmian Village (Wangfujing Branch) and was truly impressed! The restaurant offers an authentic taste of northern Chinese cuisine, and every dish was a standout. The hand-pulled noodles, in particular, were exceptional—perfectly chewy and cooked to perfection, offering a delightful contrast to the rich, savory broths. The flavors were incredibly genuine, reminding me of what you’d experience in the heart of Xi'an or Inner Mongolia.

I especially loved the lamb skewers—charred just right, with the perfect balance of spices. The flavors were bold, yet not overpowering, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine through. The dumplings were delicate, packed with juicy fillings that burst with flavor with every bite.
