I had one of the best times in my life when I tried Xinjiang Cai (Northern Chinese Cuisine) the first time. I am Indian and it was very close to the flavour of Indian food but the spices are a bit more authentic. The dance was superb and the girls were so tall and pretty. I had one of the best times in my life when I tried Xinjiang Cai (Northern Chinese Cuisine) the first time. I am Indian and it was very close to the flavour of Indian food but the spices are a bit more authentic. The dance was superb and the girls were so tall and pretty. The “curry” was the best but bread was a bit hard and not easily separable. Loved the food and would definitely come again.
