It was marinated enough even without the brownish source it was yummy. The salad of seafood and mango was up to standard and fresh. After those 2 dishes I was almost full but I couldn't leave the fried rice alone. Noted the chef controlled well the dose of oil and dryness of rice. It was yummy and I love it too, but for people who loves beef and heavy taste this style of fried rice may not satisfy them. Highly recommended!
