Price not high. Roast goose was juicy with soft meat. However, my company considered geese' skin not crispy but I found it fit my appetite. Rice noodles (瀨粉) were of good quality. Car parking there was convenient and only cost $20 each car (c.f. $30 for customers of Yue Kee 裕記).

I tried all goose restaurants in Sham Tseng and 能記 is my favourite one. The roast goose there is SOOOO GOOD! They use charcoal fire to grill the goose and we could really taste the difference. The char siu (barbecued pork) there is also SUPER DELICIOUS! Every time we go there, we order a normal portion (例牌) with roast goose and char siu together....
