Prices are relatively expensive. Service is poor. Food quality is average, and staff are not particularly friendly. This restaurant used to be a Café de Coral before becoming Cafe Mangrove. Service and food quality were much better beforehand. They even want people to pack up their own trays once done (which is not the norm in Hong Kong). This is what happens when there's a monopoly on food vendors in a place away from other choices. I'd suggest having a nice lunch at Tin Heng (天恆), one LRT stop away, and then walking to the park, having a snack or two while walking around. Picnicking is not allowed...
