It was busy on a Wednesday evening, but were quickly given a seat. The QR code ordering process was straightforward, though the web menu could be improved with pictures of the items. We ordered 2 set meals and a side of fries for the two of us. It was a good amount of food. Drinks and meals were served quickly after ordering. They incorrectly served one of the orders but quickly noticed this and proactively exchanged it. The correction was also served quickly. The cookies and cream milkshake was good. The fries were fresh, the truffle sauce was pretty good. The salad was nice, but next time I would ask for less sauce. Whatever that soup was, it tasted watery and bland. The carbonara was also bland. Not sure how the sauce was made, but when I think of carbonara, this is not anything like I expected. The spicy garlic clams spaghetti was new to me, it tasted quite nice. All in all, it feels like an Italian-style fast food restaurant. 首先餐廳氣氛,有一種死氣沉沉的感覺,首先要明白要稱得上意大利餐廳,餐廳氣氛好重要,真正意大利餐廳燈光,做到有浪漫感覺並非黑沉沉。
雖然我食嗰個係下午茶,我有睇過menu,下午茶以外午餐,冇乜嘢多樣嘅選擇,簡直可以話係一間薩莉亞加上大家樂,選擇就係咁多,真係麻煩睇一睇意大利餐廳淨係湯類,湯裏選擇有幾多?先至喺排頭上寫意大利餐廳四個字唔該!
自己當日茶餐,叫咗個卡邦尼意粉,但係我淨係想講,未埋枱就聞到一陣濃烈嘅忌廉味道,蓋過曬卡邦尼意粉上面應該有嘅味道,至於一擺上枱,發覺卡邦尼嘅汁太濃烈,失去卡邦尼醬汁應該有嘅香草味,食食下就發現醬汁嘅程度,醬汁嘅稀濃單純以麵粉多少,控制醬汁濃烈程度,並非靠醬汁在煲內以食材及文武火掌握控制出來的效果所導致,隨著時間食到一半就發現,意粉同醬汁簡直一舊舊廣東詞彙「傑撻撻」,我仔食咗一半在睇餐牌有一句唔好浪費食物下,我都好認同嘅理念,要自己被迫食埋佢,我以上嘅評論個大廚有喺我後面將才聽得一清二楚嘅,唔好以為我對住個三歲嘅兒童佢講以上嘅嘢?我係知道大廚你出咗嚟聽,有叫你冇睇我穿到爛身爛世,咁畀面出嚟餐廳中央位置,係講畀你聽大廚,希望日後我有機會來你餐廳,你真係煮到一碟卡邦尼意粉,醬汁有香草味鮮忌廉同芝士,卡邦尼意粉過我嘆下,我可以即刻幫你餐廳升級從google上,最後值得一提嘅,就係個意粉煮得啱啱好,有好多西餐廳都未必做得到,值得一讚嘅地方。
最後:相信係租金太貴,影響店舖食材日購入價,導致到quality唔能夠平均,希望餐廳諗一諗,或者降低嗰個成本價格,重質不重量進地方相信保持食物嘅水準仍然會有人幫襯,你開張我有食過㗎ok架,即係當我成為咗一份子我都走嚟你度幫襯,話曬都係評論家大佬,我唔可以諗住良心去寫,希望你明白我毋忘初心。
最後我埋單嘅時候,我望入去廚房,留意係佢哋嘅廚廚房,如果喺你晚市嘅menu,多類型嘅扒要用焗爐,呢個焗爐一定唔夠出唔切餐,我都未計魚類海鮮類......等等,所以我覺得有兩個方案可以提出,保留餐廳因為過於租金太貴,能夠購入食材嘅quality減低咗,就要cut人手方面太多啦!
第二個方案:忍痛止蝕頂畀人做自己玩過一個較平嘅租金嘅地方,堅持初心開一間真真正正嘅意大利餐廳。
第三嘗試下,的除咗意大利三個字純粹係西餐廳,唔好做得太高檔,因為我用餐嘅時候睇到你哋㗎,薯條同埋炸扒簡直好超大版大家樂feel,水準就在佢之上嘅一定有得高下立拼,雖然我同你覺得我講嘢刻薄少少,但係真係為你哋著想,希望你哋完咗呢一個租約,在想用你個名去做西餐廳難做,我都好少寫咁多個字嘅評語...
