Ordering is done using the machines at the front of the store. Choose each menu item, and add it to a list. "Check-out" once ready, and choose between Octopus, Credit card (including wireless/paywave), or WePay. A receipt is printed, and then the order is collected when the number appears on the board. I like this system. Ice cream cones are collected in a different spot to all other packageable items, on the right-side of the counter.
This location is a bit slow during peak times, and there's not really an orderly process for collecting food, but the quality of food is good, and overall it's easier to order exactly what one wants without hesitation at...

After a while I got my order and ate the first burger and the second burger was totally disappointed me because my burger doesn't have a fish slice on it . This was not the first time it have happened couple of times when I visited . Oke day they didn't take my order by leaving chilly sauce in my order.
