Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in Zhongshan

Located on the top floor of a huge eleven-floor building, Guoyan Restaurant just had its grand opening in March 2015 in Guzhen Zhen. Guoyan translated in Chinese meaning national dinner, referring to the best quality food served. The interiors of this new restaurant is marvelous with thirty foot high ceiling and solid marble columns and posts. Since it is located inside the famous largest LED and other various lighting center, it is surrounded by the most elegant lightings you can find. Now, let us talk about the food. The morning session is serving the traditional Chinese dim sum which they cook to order, so they are always fresh and not over cooked. The best tea is offered and served here with different choice. The ladies serving the tea are beautiful and polite, and of course well trained. Besides the traditional popular shrimp dumplings, they also introduce some new dishes as well, which is fresh to my taste. With high class atmosphere, you may think you have to spend a fortune to eat a lunch here. But to my surprise, the price is very reasonable, and fits the general public's budget. I will definitely come back again to try all other dishes which appear so delicious to me when they were ordered by...
