Restaurante Las Rocas — Restaurant in Barranquilla

I intended to take a picture, but as soon as the food arrived I couldn't help myself! It smelled amazing and the taste was totally put of this world. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try out some typical Barranquilla plates.

The staff is realy nice and helpful, no one treated me badly or anything, the service recommendations were honest and sincere. On the other hand, the atmosphere was also over the top. Airy, comfy and welcoming.

Cazuelas are sooooo perfect. The shrimp and the mariscos are out of this world. Service to the table is very structured and professional. Location is unique, with sand on the ground instead of tiles or normal floor. Live music was very entertaining. 10 out of 10.

Lo bueno:

La atención, meseros despistados que me indicaban que no había algo de la carta y al acercarse otro me decía que ahora sí había.

Mesas y sillas desordenadas, la parte de adentro donde hay aire acondicionado muy sucia tanto en las mesas como en el suelo.

Para ser un restaurante no tienen muy en cuenta la cantidad de moscas en el lugar, era muy molesto estar comiendo y que hasta 4 moscas traten de llegar a tu comida.

Mi esposa y yo hicimos nuestra orden y las bebidas se demoraron 15 min en traerlos, al solicitar a la mesera un vaso de agua para mí esposa porque se sentía ahogar nadie facilito el vaso de agua.
