RESTAURANTE MR. PANDA — Restaurant in Barranquilla

Reviews were quite misleading in my opinion. I am an avid asian food lover/eater, and while I wasn't expecting the best, I also wasn't expecting how bad it was, we could hardly finish our meal, and ordered way too much. The portions are huge so ill give them that, but the food quality is horrible, the flavor is absolutely not there, the example "photos" are very misleading, even the side of soy sauce we ordered had little to no flavor. One of our party felt sick after as well. We ordered the the trio noodles, one of the chop suey's which both were doused in the same sauce, and the shrimps were tiny and frozen, the lumpias which were gigantic and greasy, and the fried shrimp which had no flavor and a weird breading, and we had asked about it before hand and the answer was misleading.

The service was fine, I wish he had mentioned how much food it was going to be.

El lugar es limpio, se llena bastante pues la comida tiene un sabor muy bueno. Las sillas son SUMAMENTE INCOMODAS! La atención es lejos LA PEOR que he recibido en un restaurante. Pasaron 15 minutos hasta que alguien decidió tomar nuestro pedido. Tardaron media hora en traer primero el plato de arroz, (sin el servicio) luego nos trajeron los dos platos pero la mesera se llevó uno al darse cuenta ella misma que estaba astillado. Trajo 1 sola bebida, luego 10 minutos esperando el otro plato, luego 10 minutos más esperando la otra bebida. Personas que llegaron después de nuestra mesa recibieron sus pedidos antes. Al pedir la cuenta fueron otros 10 minutos, pedí servilletas que jamás llegaron. Sin duda la atención fue UNA PESADILLA que amilanó el buen sabor...

El restaurante está ubicado sobre la carrera 43 con calle 69 en la ciudad de Barranquilla. El lugar es un tanto acogedor (no es lujoso) que es frecuentado por todo tipo de comensales. La atención en el lugar es buena y muy diligente. En referencia a la comida, tiene un muy buen sabor, sirven abundantemente y los precios son accesibles. Por ejemplo, con el arroz Mr. Panda especial y un agridulce de pollo, fácilmente comen 5 personas y el costo no supera los 70K. De hecho, sirven más que en otros restaurantes de comida china.
