As many others have mentioned, the owner of this cafe is incredibly nice and helpful and goes out of her way to make her guests happy. We stopped by to check out their chocolate selection and try some colombian chocolates. We ended up speaking to the owner for around an hour. She speaks very good English. I mentioned my desire to get my hands on a cocoa fruit and she called her friend who owns a cocoa farm and gave me her number to try to arrange a tour. She also let us know that there was a huge chocolate festival in town and helped us with the logistics of attending. We did not end up arranging a tour of the cocoa farm but stopped by the cafe again near the end of the trip to get larger chocolate bars of a couple samples we had tried from the store. It turned out that they don't normally sell larger versions of the ones we wanted but she was able to get us the larger bars as well as a fresh cocoa fruit picked the day prior from a cocoa farm owner who happened to be sitting in the cafe at the time we were there. They had an incredible assortment of offerings from coffee, chocolate, teas to seasonings and candies.The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. I couldn’t buy anything during my first visit but I had their absolutely delicious hot chocolate. Five weeks later, when I returned, they actually remembered me, which made the experience even more special. Their recommendations were spot on as my friends loved their gifts!
