Very Poor Service

As an Australian family looking forward to having a great experience (as this place seems to offer), we fully understand the cancellation policy as we sign up and booked the Tour called “full day tour Baru and luminous plankton” knowing that clause.

Unfortunately, at last minute (within the 24 hours cancellation period) the whole family caught a gastro virus where we all were in bed with a massive illness. We tried to explain in several what’s up messages the situation to this place aiming to find a middle ground to change dates, get a credit for another time or even obtain a reimbursement with a fine if that’s the case but NO response and / or sympathy about our complex situation AT ALL!!

It seems that their preference was to earn very easily without any effort in finding options / a solution for us as the client our AUD$400 / COP$1.080million.

How do you pretend to grow your business and / or offer an experience if you do not offer a basic level of client service to attend and / or help to solve last minute issues such as this one? How do you pretend to manage a business via what’s up where nobody whatsoever cared or wanted to attend your claims??

Sharing this with you all so you think twice and double check so you cover all fronts before booking with this place!!!!

SERVICIO MUY DEFICIENTE!!

Como familia australiana que busca vivir una gran experiencia (como parece ofrecer este lugar), entendemos perfectamente la política de cancelación, ya que reservamos el tour llamado “tour de día completo a Baru y plancton luminoso” sabiendo esa cláusula. Desafortunadamente, a último momento (dentro del período de cancelación de 24 horas) toda la familia se contagió de un virus gástrico y todos terminamos en cama con una enfermedad grave. Intentamos explicar en varios mensajes de WhatsApp la situación a este lugar con el objetivo de encontrar un punto medio para cambiar las fechas, obtener un crédito para otro momento o incluso obtener un reembolso con una multa si ese es el caso, pero NO recibimos respuesta, ni siquiera simpatía de este lugar debido a nuestra compleja situación EN ABSOLUTO. Parece que su preferencia era ganar muy fácilmente sin ningún esfuerzo para encontrar opciones / una solución para nosotros como clientes, asi que nuestros AUD$400 / COP$1.080 millones, se los ganaron como mencionamos muy fácilmente a costas de nuestra enfermedad.

Cómo pretende hacer crecer su negocio y/o ofrecer una experiencia si no ofrece ni siquiera un nivel básico servicio al cliente? Cómo pretenden ustedes manejar un negocio vía what’s up??

Comparto esto con todos ustedes para que lo piensen dos veces y revisen dos veces para cubrir todos los frentes antes de reservar...

Hier war es sehr schön! Das Personal ist sehr sehr, sehr freundlich und passt auch auf die Taschen auf. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Für den Gang ins Meer empfehle ich Wasserschuhe. Süße Katzen wohnen dort auch. Die Angestellten sind wirklich herzlich.

Für die angebotenen Tours von Freedom Beach Club empfehle ich, sich die Beschreibung gut durchzulesen. Die Programmaktivitäten, die angeboten werden, dauern je nur 15 Minuten. Das sollte man sich also gut überlegen. Und jede Aktivität wird mit anderen Touristen zusammen gemacht, sodass es immer ein Massentourismus an ein und demselben Ort ist. Besser wäre es, wenn sie die Boote auf die Aktivitäten aufteilen.

Wer es nur auf den Plankton abgesehen hat, dem kann ich die Tour nicht empfehlen. Bei besten Mondbedingungen sind wir losgefahren, man sieht es im Vergleich zu den Fotos nur sehr schwach leuchten. Fotos sind unmöglich, auch mit einem guten Handy geht es nicht (ausgenommen iPhone 13).

Die Rückfahrt ist immer etwas heikel, man sitzt in nassen Klamotten im Bus und kann nicht...

The service is weird, they are always in a rush, calling you to eat when they need it and not when you prefer. The toilet was malfunctioning, we had to use the one in the lobby. There was no music nor dj at night.
