An Unforgettable Evening at Andrés Carne de Res

I had the privilege of visiting Andrés Carne de Res recently, and it was an evening to remember. From the moment we arrived, my fiancé and I were warmly welcomed, and the experience only got better from there. The exceptional service provided by Santiago and Camila deserves special recognition—they were attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our night special. Their efforts are a testament to the dedication of the staff and the management.

What stands out most about Andrés Carne de Res is their ability to address concerns and transform them into opportunities to shine. The management handled everything with incredible professionalism, ensuring that our previous frustrations were promptly addressed. This is a place where guests are truly heard and valued.

The evening was enriched by the vibrant live music, which set the perfect mood for a romantic and lively experience. The food was equally outstanding—I highly recommend the Lomo Al Vino, which had a rich and delightful wine flavor. The selection of meats was perfectly prepared and exceeded all expectations. For dessert, the merengon de Guanábana was a highlight and the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal.

I found the prices to be excellent for the foreigner tourists , and the entire experience showcased the warm and welcoming culture of Colombia. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic, memorable, and high-quality dining experience.

Thank you to the entire team for an incredible evening. While I can’t fully capture everything in words, this experience was beyond compare, and I look forward to returning...

Andres Carnes de Res is an excellent place to share with family and friends. They sell typical Colombian dishes in a very good portions. I had never seen attention and service like that, the waiters are always lookouts of us, they ask regularly if everything it’s ok or if we needs anything else. About the prices, I think that, I had paid a very fair bill, cause the quality and the service care is very good. The place is just amazing, it’s evident that the place is thought carefully, they take care of details and decoration, the spots are made for incredible shoots. Also, you can choose if you stay indoors to enjoy the staff animation or outdoors if you want to enjoy the panoramic city view. In our case, we had chosen indoors, so we could enjoy the live music and the show that makes the stay so comfortable. In the night the environment change a little, it’s more partygoer but it stays savfe and healthy, the music the place plays is varied, fun and dance fully, something for everyone. You can drink typical Colombian beverages and autor cocktails as “mandarino” ones of my favorites beverages of the place. They had inspired in mandarin one of the most representative fruit of the country. The place it’s perfect for share good drinks with family and friends, dance safety for a while. Another thing that made appreciable Andres carne de res, its that they have free delicious fruits and mints in several...

This place is unique I dare to say. It’s no only the place and decor, but the people serving and history this gorgeous and authentic place evoques, you can see with your eyes what an amount of love this place has taken in and given back! The entertaining staff is joyful and crazy!!! They will go above and beyond to make you feel happy and want to join them in the dancing. The food was amazingly: we had the seafood cazuela, steak en trapo, steak in pepper the limonada coco was a explosion of flavor in your mouth! And my favorite cocktail: El Salvador! It was all good!!!! And the portions are big! Loved the goodie store!! And had the great luck to have the owner himself sign my book of the history of the restaurant, which was a gift after a purchase in the store!! Had a little chat and got an amazing souvenir to take home! This was my second time here on this one in particular, third overall: and NEVER disappoints! You can either come for the eclectic decor, the amazing food, the fabulous cocktails, the crazy party, the lovely souvenirs in the shop or the joyful madness of the...

Andres lives up to all your expectations. It's an experience everyone must have when they visit Colombia. In a way, it's one of the wonders of this country and a staple for many local Colombians. You should come with a group and order a little bit of everything! We got to try almost 60% of Colombian foods we had wanted to try here - would have ordered more if we weren't so full. Everything was delicious and unique (we never had Colombian food before though). Their arepa choclo was my absolute favourite! Also loved the guanabana juice. But everything else was fantastic as well, I just wish I remembered all the names. The music and dancing was also great and we saw a little toddler break it down on the dance floor like no other. It was one of the cutest things I've seen in a while. We also got a tour of the entire restaurant and that made the experience that much better! To top it off, our hosts asked for our names after finding out we were visiting and surprised us with a little performance at our table and gave us Colombian flag colored sashes to wear. You certainly feel welcomed here.

Very interesting concept for a restaurant, definitely a unique experience. We went here as a group of 7 at the end of our all day excursion as we were told that visiting this restaurant is a must when in Bogota. Our drinks and food were good. The atmosphere was unique and very entertaining, they put a lot of effort into it. However, the service was less than average. No one checked up on us once. We had to catch the waiters and even then it would take time for them to actually come to see us. Also, none of the waiters spoke any English so communication was very difficult. I think that in a place with so many tourists visiting it would be important to have at least one waiter on shift to be able to communicate with the foreign customers. And finally, the prices are absolutely crazy and in my opinion are not justified. A non alcoholic Bloody Mary or Pina Colada were 30000 COP each and a portion of fries was 21000 COP. I would not mind if it came with great service, but unfortunately it was not the case. Nevertheless , I would still recommend visiting this restaurant for its uniqueness.
