I am writing to share our recent experience at your restaurant, which was unfortunately very disappointing.

Last night, we visited your place with friends, excited for the show and to have a pleasant dinner. However, our experience was far from enjoyable. Despite being a small group of four, we had to wait over an hour just to receive our drinks, and even then, there were several mistakes in our simple orders. To make matters worse, we had to go to the bar ourselves to get some of our drinks.

When the food finally arrived—two hours after our arrival—it was cold, and our starters were served simultaneously with the main courses. To add to the frustration, some dishes were missing. We voiced our concerns multiple times, but the manager's attitude was dismissive, and no effort was made to address our dissatisfaction.

I strongly urge you to pay closer attention to customer service. If this level of service continues, it may impact your business negatively.

I hope that steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers...

One of the best dinners we had on our Medellin trip ! We had a different dinner reserved for each night we were there and this one takes the cake. We didn’t get to see the horse show as it was a bit late but this was an awesome place to drink a michelada and watch the soccer game, the atmosphere was so pumped especially after Colombia won ! We tried the gratined mushrooms and coconut shrimp, all flavorful. Our waiter was super attentive and service was remarkable, even though the stables were closed he managed to show us a few of their animals. Being from Mexico it was surprising to see ponies from the ranch of Vicente Fernandez. An amazing experience all around even...

Great spot. We didn’t go on the weekend so we weren’t able to catch a show, but apparently the show is worth seeing so will likely go back on the weekend some time. Food was pretty good but nothing blew me away either. Nice atmosphere as it’s all open and a big place. Unfortunately, service secretly lacked and we were only one of two tables that night. Waiters were friendly but not very attentive and several times had to get up and search for someone. Will definitely try again...
