Pablo and Juan gave a very educational, informative and fun tour. We had only three in our group which was nice. Very personal. I recommend wearing good walking shoes as a lot of climbing is involved at times. The tour begins at a coffee farm where a sample of their delicious coffee is enjoyed under a veranda. The scenery, as with most of Colombia is spectacular. The tour then takes you to a coffee lab where you learn about coffee tasting and the roasting process. We were picked up at our hotel. Excellent place to understand all the processes behind good coffee! These guys are definitely experts and I highly recommend going to their main location in Medellin Calle 10B Sur 51-52. They do have other locations but here is where they toast and grade all of their coffees! They work with local farmers and pay fare prices while helping them to improve their coffee plantations!! I ordered a double espresso and a coffee shake, tasted nice. We bought some coffee beans which they said were roasted that very day but didn't taste like freshly toasted beans. We have no issue with that though as it saved us some degasing time. We also ordered some deserts.
