ROLDAN & YO COFFEE — Restaurant in Roldanillo

I've been staying in Roldanillo for two months and have been here at least a dozen times.

The atmosphere is nice, the dinner food is pretty good, upstairs is great for some laptop work, but the cafe service is laughable.

Many times I've waited over an hour for a simple food order from the cafe. And when I've reminded them after 45 minutes of waiting, they say it's coming out in 15... which kind of indicates they never put in the order.

I know running a restaurant is hard and I feel bad giving this review but operational problems like this are easy to fix; just put in the dang order or set expectations if there is a delay.

For now, I recommend Genesis. It's on the north-east corner of the park, they have great 3rd wave coffee and the service is much more...

El sitio es bonito y además es el único que hay en Roldanillo, pero no atienden bien ( la chica que atiende en la mañana nunca saluda y le habla muy mal a todos los clientes) adicionalmente no saben preparar café ( tienen variedades muy buenas) pero pides un capuchino, un macchiato, un americano y nada lo preparan como debe ser, toca reclamar ( si tienes suerte te lo cambian, sino te quedas esperando y después de 20 min nada pasa, solo que te aburres y te vas).

Esto que digo que pasa con la chica que atiende en la mañana sucede prácticamente todos los días ( llevo en Roldanillo más de una semana alojada en febrero, y voy al café todos los días; en enero estuve 4 días y fue igual) tengo varios amigos de otros países que van a volar a Roldanillo y siempre van al sitio y lo comentan ( que la chica siempre habla mal) y atiende de mal genio, ellos saludan y ella nunca regresa el saludo y he visto en varias ocasiones cómo les habla feo a los clientes que muchas veces no son de acá y no entienden...
