By far and without any doubt the best restaurant in Brazzaville. It’s perfect for all occasions : a proper lunch, a cozy coffee break, a refined dinner, or just a drink in the evening. The atmosphere is elegant and calming, the place is spacious, and the staff is very professional. Food was amazing every time I visited and their Sunday brunch is also worth to try, combining both traditional Congolese and western dishes.

Offrant une vue imprenable sur le fleuve Congo, le Restaurant Feu des Saveurs propose un cadre des plus agréables, orné d'une décoration sobre et élégante. Le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme, alliant politesse et discrétion. Bien que les plats ne soient pas présentés avec le raffinement d'un grand chef, leur saveur est indéniablement délicieuse, notamment grâce à l'utilisation de produits frais, en particulier pour les plats de poisson. N'étant pas consommatrice de viande, je ne peux pas me prononcer sur cette partie du menu. Un grand clin d'œil à la directrice des ventes, Mme Zoula, pour son remarquable professionnalisme qui contribue à rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable. Visité en Août 2023
