*A TOURIST TRAP, STAY AWAY, NO WORTHY, TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEIR " SO WHAT" ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS IS DISGUSTING *

STAY AWAY, NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT, HORRIBLY RESTROOMS AND 0.00000000000001% CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THE. A -10 STARTS BUT SADLY 1 STAR IS THE MINIMUM :)

This is a terrible, atrocious restaurant, the food looks amazing, but their service is horrible, the food takes forever & horrible Bathrooms, totally disgusting sink areas, showing lack of cleaningness, toilet paper all over place as well as the hand towels.

Average about 25 tables, but only 3 tables were busy including ours, our horrible experience was on a party for 5 adults + 2 kids, a soup took over 45min to get, my sister's shrimp cocktail never came, their spaghetti alfredo with chicken was like a soup, a personal cheese pie took 1 hour, the shrimp soup, came out whiling 5 minutes & it was completely flavorless, my CHICARRONES / PORK RINDS tasted amazing... the problem was when I found a long female hair on my food, I immediately called the waiter & I expected the manager to come by, but nobody seem to care, at the time of the bill, they charged us for drinks that we never got, as well as my sister's shrimp cocktail that we did not get & they also charge me for the chicarrones / Pork RINDS, when I question them, they said that they had to charge me for it just because I tried it, I told the waiter to call the Manager & she said that they had to charge me because they had to just because I tried it, nobody seemed to care about the customer service at all & stating that It wasn't their fault & that sadly there was nothing that they can do and that it is what it is.

Normally I rank places to help them grow their business but this one in particular needed a review after what happened to me, my wife and kids. I should start from the fact that the staff (all 3 persons that attended us on September 29th) were borderline xenophobic. Not only did the service suck and was like they were forced to attend us against their will, but the whole experience was all but service-like. It was obvious that they did not want to serve us, the food was delivered in a way that it was like they were complaining about us and when asked about the wifi password was denied in a very awkward way for us. Later I still left a tip of 2000 colones and the guy took the money in an angry way and threw it into a basket like trash. I was like wow! Then when leaving we had to tell the staff 3 times thank you and good day and nobody answered. One was looking at the TV when I told her that almost in her face. She got even more mad. The man did a gesture that it was obvious he was ignoring us and the other lady simply quickly left for the kitchen. All of this was happening while 2 more customers were greeted happily when they entered the restaurant (which did not happen to us) and where attended very fast compared to us. Both even got their meals before us even though we were there some 20 to 25 minutes before. The food was also super cooked to the point where the chicharrones were pieces of coal. The place looks nice, but the people need to learn some respect...

I don't leave many reviews. For me to take the time to write a bad review, I have to have had a pretty terrible experience. My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch. I ordered a personal pizza and she ordered a whole fried fish. We both ordered coffee.

The coffee was lukewarm, the fish had been so deeply fried that the flavor had been cooked out of it. My pizza took about 45 minutes to arrive, well after my wife had finished what she could of her fish and was thick and chewy as if the oven it was cooked in wasn't hot enough. I was prepared to just eat and chalk it up to a so-so meal and leave it at that.

Then they presented me with a bill for $40. I couldn't believe they would charge so much for sub-par food. Their response was pretty much "so what".

They are clearly there to take advantage of tourists as they pass on their way to or from the airport and could care less whether they leave satisfied or not. Guess what. I live here and am a person that, if I thought it worthy, would gladly send people there. That will not be happening any time soon. There are several family owned "sodas" not far beyond them in either direction that will serve you much better food at a much cheaper price. This...
