nFusion Bistro Restaurante — Restaurant in Bahía Ballena

What a beautiful gem! Amazing sunset and ocean views settled in the mountains close to domincalito (between uvita and dominal). Chill poolside with a smoothie, or in the restaurant area that has an open Bali/tropical feel! The food and cocktails were so fresh and delicious, with price points that were very reasonable. The homemade pasta and beso blanco were wins for me! Service was outstanding :)

Had lunch here. The view is absolutely beautiful - you can see Marino Ballenos National Park and open ocean. Really nice atmosphere. The acoustics make other patrons voices quite loud, just FYI. The food is okay, at least for lunch. Not memorable but not bad either. To note, the Poke Bowl doesn’t actually have fish which is strange. Not very clear on the menu. The ceviche was very good! The travel here is pretty nerve-wracking. You will need a 4x4/AWD to make it here comfortably, but despite all that, it is worth it!! The atmosphere here is absolutely gorgeous, 5 stars are not enough stars to rate the view. The drinks are gorgeously and GENEROUSLY made. This establishment is expertly run!
