TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We arrived and the restaurant was full. They managed to get us a table, took our order, and then basically took 50 minutes to bring three lattes, one order of waffles, and the stuffed tortilla never arrived. We went on this holiday to spend time as a family, but it turned out to be a TERRIBLE experience.

Service: 0. We asked for painting supplies from the start so we could enjoy some creative time together as a family, and they never brought them. They were attentive to all the other tables except ours. We reminded the waitresses three times, but they still didn’t bring the coffees, and when they finally brought the waffles, we waited another 10 minutes and still nothing about the stuffed tortilla.

I, now clearly upset, spoke with the manager on duty, and his response was: “I’m sorry, I’ll go check with the kitchen.”

We waited another 10 minutes, and finally, tired of waiting, we went to pay. That’s when the guy came out with the stuffed tortilla. We told him we no longer wanted it and complained again. The service was TERRIBLE, and they didn’t even try to do anything to make up for it. The manager just took the tortilla and walked it back to the kitchen.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA

Llegamos y el restaurante estaba lleno, nos consiguieron unas mesa, nos tomaron la orden y básicamente duraron 50 minutos en traer 3 café con leche una orden de waffles y la tortilla alineada nunca llegó, fuimos este fereado para pasar tiempo en familia pero resultó ser una PÉSIMA experiencia, servicio 0, pedimos pinturas desde el principio para pintar y disfrutar en familia y nunca las trajeron, estuvieron pendientes de todas las mesas menos de la nuestra, 3 veces se les dijo a las saloneras y nunca trajeron los cafés y cuando trajeron los wafles, esperamos 10 minutos más y nada con la tortilla alineada, hablé ya molesto con el gerente en turno y la respuesta fue “que pena voy a revisar en cocina” esperamos otros 10 minutos más y ya cansados fuimos a pagar y el señor trajo la tortilla alineada, le dijimos que ya no la queríamos y nuevamente nos quejamos, el servicio PÉSIMO y nisiquiera pudieron hacer algo para compensarlo, simplemente el gerente agarro la tortilla alineada y se la llevo de vuelta a la cocina.
