McDonald's Parque de la Paz — Restaurant in Catedral

It has the worst customer service in this country and this is from the general manager. They got my order wrong 4 times! Then the manger argued with me telling me that that's what I ordered! He went back for the fourth time to change my order and a young lady told him that I was correct on what I was asking for and he yelled at the young lady telling her she needs to respect him because he was the manager. It is sad to find people with no customer service skills...

Terrible!!!!. Pareciera que hoy a mediodía, en lugar de cliente fuí un menesteroso que llegué a pedir limosna. Desde hace tiempo los empleados han adoptado un sistema en el Auto Mac, de pedirle a uno que se parquee para esperar la orden, parece que para evitar un sensor que los controla o algo parecido. Hoy, como no quise hacerlo, la empleada de ventanilla, Pamela dijo llamarse, nos hizo esperar casi media hora, atendió a más de cinco automóviles primero que a mí, saliéndose incluso hasta la fila detrás de nosotros para entregar las órdenes. Parecía una comedia, porque al preguntarle a una jefe que se acercó, que qué pasaba con mi orden, me contestó que como era pescado duraba mucho. Por fin, apareció un muchacho que nos trajo la orden, porque la niña, Pamela Vargas dijo llamarse, al ver nuestra protesta, sencillamente no nos la quiso entregar. Señores, así estamos de mal, hasta el concepto de comida rápida de esta prestigiosa empresa anda fatal. Sugiero a todo el que desee evitarse un mal rato.....no pedir...
