One day trip from the Central Valley, it is located 30 minutes from downtown Cartago. We visited on a Saturday during the Holy week break, and it was packed! Lots of people were visiting this place, and it felt as if the crew was overwhelmed. You get to fish the trouts, which anyone can do (there's an overpopulated pool for that purpose), once you fish your food, they prepare it (I mean, they do the whole thing, so if you feel sensible about how they prepare food from live animals, don't come over). You take the fish to the restaurant and they prepare it for you. The trouts are fine, but they are deep pan-fried, which reduces the feeling of freshness for the fish. Oriental persons (Chinese or Japanese) eat this fish steamed or grilled so they can enjoy freshness.

Fuimos el fin de semana pasado porque queríamos trucha y nos llamó la atención la granja para mi hija. El lugar es bonito y la granja entretiene a los niños. El problema empezó cuando tienen que arreglar los pescados para uno llevarlos al restaurante, duraron como 40 minutos en limpiarlos. Ya luego de esto los llevé al restaurante y tocó hacer una fila como de 20 minutos para ordenar, luego de pagar me dice la cajera, la comida aproximadamente está lista en 1.5 horas(algo que debería de decir apenas uno va ordenar). Pues resulta que no fue 1.5 horas fueron 3 horas. Los platos los completaron con las sobras que tenían, ni si quiera traían todos los acompañamientos del plato, la trucha era mini, nada de carne de verdad.
