Read moreFood wasn't bad, but service was awful! The waiters offered the buffet option and never brought a menu until we asked for it. It's like they tried to force you into the buffet. And the buffet wasn't that bad, but the price of it is sky high (around $26) that first, wasn't worth the price at all... again, good ,wasnt bad, but price-quality ratio sucks. And last but not least, we went with kids and they had a separate fare for kids "buffet", and when their parents tried to pay, they were actually trying to charge the full adult fare because one of the kids left a piece of salad and his dad ate the leftovers. Fui con toda mi familia (7 personas) para el día de la madre, todos ordenamos carne y nos trajeron todas las carnes mal a comparación de como las habíamos pedido (unas crudas, otras muy cocinadas y los acompañamientos mal). El restaurante no es barato, por lo que uno espera un servicio que vaya acorde al precio y sin duda no dieron la talla. Al final terminamos pagando casi 50 mil (porque solo no nos cobraron algunos platos pero los otros si) por un almuerzo arruinado el día de la madre. Comimos mal, agobiados y estresados ya que trajeron unos platos antes y otro después (ya que según ellos estaban arreglando el problema en la cocina) pero de todas formas nunca lograron darnos los platos como los solicitamos. Y como me dijo el muchacho que me cobró en la caja: “todos somos humanos”, pero el dinero no crece en los árboles y cualquier persona espera que en un restaurante caro y en un día especial como el día de la madre, tengan la capacidad de servir a una mesa sin problemas y sobre todo, deberían tener la capacidad de resolver un problema y hacerse cargo del error que cometieron.
