The hummus needs some work. It lacks flavor and doesn't taste like authentic Lebanese hummus. Dont let that dismay you because the rest of the food was very good, especially the fries. Also, the service was excellent, especially Kalina, what a beautiful heart and energy she has. She's a star and has a bright future. Also, the owner is really friendly and takes his business seriously. Thank you for a good experience.

Great service, good prices and delicious food. Found this restaurant by accident but decided to eat here anyways. Our server Ronald was great and helped us even though we barely spoke spanish. Definitely check it out. It's a nice shopping center outside of San jose.

Primera vez en el local, llegando a las 2:30 de la tarde. La mesera nos atendió espléndidamente. Por algún motivo el menú se divide en dos y únicamente nos dieron el menú que no incluía el Shawarma Wrap que era por lo que visite el lugar. Pero una vez pregunté nos trajeron la segunda parte del menú. De entrada pedí un humus y pan pita, el mismo venía con pan pita fresco y pan pita frito( desconozco si el humus traía por si solo la fritura o venía con la entrada de pan pita. De cualquier manera la entrada estuvo exquisita, de tomar me trajeron un fresco de sandía espectacular para acompañar un shawarma wrap de pollo que ha sido de lo mejor que he comido. Es un hecho que volveré y muy recomendado para los que gustan de la comida de medio oriente.

I had one of the most amazing dining experiences of my life. From the outstanding food to the equally outstanding service. I came to visit my daughter here in Costa Rica. We both wanted to have Lebanese cuisine and collectively decided on The Falafel House based on the reviews. I was hoping for a great meal and that's what we got. El servicio es excelente.

La comida es libanesa y mediterránea. Algunas opciones veganas incluyen Falafels, shawarmas y ensaladas con ingredientes y aderezos muy especiales.

Los meseros son muy cordiales y pueden explicar cada elemento del menù si lo desean.

El servicio y el chef son geniales, tienen platos de temporada, sustitutos para veganos y siempre están probando cosas nuevas.

En general, este es un gran lugar para comer con veganos u omnívoros, más aún porque está dentro de una plaza de comida grande y moderna con otras opciones de restaurantes.

Mi hamburguesa de falafel con papas fritas, pan hecho con remolacha, ensalada y mi hummus con pita de camote y papas fritas estaba fuera de este mundo. Una verdadera obra maestra.

Y para cerrar bien el almuerzo, el camarero me obsequió (gratis y sin que yo se lo pidiera) un postrecito recién hecho con una deliciosa 'salsa' de frutos del bosque, ya que de momento no había postres aptos para veganos. ¡¡Un gran toque!!

Recomiendo ir al restaurante en lugar de pedir a través de Uber Eats para que puedan pedir platos de temporada.
