I ordered the Arroz con Pollo and got a GIANT plate of rice seasoned in what I assume was chicken bouillon. The size of portions is impressive, however I picked through the "chicken and rice" and found less than a chicken breast worth of meat. It must have been less than half of the smallest piece of chicken you can buy at a store, and they assume that if the rice is chicken-flavored so that you wouldn't notice.

My wife got the Steak, and had no problem with it - no skimping on this plate of meat, which is good.

There were many dogs around, none of which barked or begged for food from us however I could see this as being concerning to some. On that note, as long as there ARE dogs they looked miserable and flat in the heat -- get them a fan!

We also ordered a pineapple smoothie + blackberry smoothie which were delicious, I think this restaurant is better with drinks than food.

The floor layout is open air, lots of space with wooden furniture on a patio. The service from staff is professional and fast, they spoke enough English that ordering was no problem. Only the wait time on food was somewhat lengthy, but I was okay with that because you can search for wildlife as you wait. We saw several parrots in the trees...

Restaurante Nuestro Pueblo is officially my new go‑to spot! Everything about our visit screamed value without skimping on quality. We tried their brand‑new pizza, and wow—it hit the table in record time, piping hot with a super‑crispy crust, melty cheese, and noticeably fresh toppings. You could taste the quality, yet the price was more than wallet‑friendly (big bonus in my book).

The whole table loved every bite, and the service matched the food. Our servers were upbeat, attentive, and spoke great English, making ordering a breeze. They also checked in just the right amount—never hovering, never disappearing.

Atmosphere? Adorable. Think bright colors, quirky wall art, and cozy corners practically begging for Instagram shots. I lost count of how many cute photo ops there were!

Bottom line: tasty, affordable eats + friendly staff + picture‑perfect décor = an easy “highly recommend.” I’m already planning my next visit—see you soon,...

I came to this place back in 2020 with my friends who live and work at Surf Costa. It was the first place they took me to dinner at but once I ate there I wanted to eat there every night. The atmosphere is everything you are looking for in a restaurant, outside dining, music, wildlife, laid back and chill vibe. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so kind. I had the traditional dish Casado, and it was so good no matter where I went after that I had to have this dish, but Nuestro made it the best. Couldn't beat the price for the amazing food...
