While driving and in need of a good cup of coffee, we stopped here as it is familiar, and we expected to get a simple cup of dark roast coffee with cream. The order was made in Spanish as cafe con Leche and we received a latte. We asked a 2nd time for coffee with cream, this time in English and Spanish, and they did not have any fresh coffee made. It took 3 requests to get coffee with cream. However, in the end, they served us espresso with cream as we didn't want to wait for a fresh pot of coffee to brew. While I understand this is Starbucks in Costa Rica and we don't expect exactly the same service as a Canada location, getting a cup of brewed coffee here should not be so difficult.
