In an outdoor strip mall, close to boutique shopping, an upscale coffee shop & cafe, a KFC, Pops and a Burger King, you would be remiss to eat anywhere else. Doña Ana's food is fresh, delicious and probably more than you can eat by yourself! I had the pulled pork sandwich and was thrilled at how juicy and flavorful it was but when I took my first bite of the mozzarella sticks, fell in love. The crust around the melted cheese reminded me of the hot cherry pie crusts that McDonald's used to make in the 1980's back when they were flaky, bubbly and fantastic. Go eat at Doña Ana's, the only regret you will have is how stuffed you feel when you have eaten more than you should have because it is so delicious.

A hidden gem! We stopped here on our way to San José and were amazed at the quality of food. My husband and I both got the arepa with beef, beans, and plantains. Absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the tequenos and the mango-maracuya smoothie. We agreed it was probably the best meal of the trip for us. The location is unassuming (next to an area with KFC, Burger King, etc) but it is 100% worth the stop. Like other reviews mentioned, the cafe next to it has great coffee as well for after your meal.

Delicious wonderful quality and authentic arepas. A hidden gem that we will think about and return to! There is also a cafe next door with great coffee & pastries. These are naturally GLUTEN FREE & they also have vegetarian options!! Family friendly spot with little mini rides for toddlers and plenty of space to walk around safely.

So delicious!! I was thrilled to find gluten free and dairy free arepas! I had La Guana, my daughter had the Carne Queso, and my husband and son both had the Pabellón. They were all amazing! The mango smoothie was really good too. My kids were in heaven and my tween daughter actually thanked me for taking her there. The owner was so friendly and knowledgable and it was awesome to see him cook our arepas fresh to order. Definitely an...
