I had an incredible dining experience at Fusion Restaurant in El Castillo! The margarita was perfect 🍹, served with salt on the rocks and expertly shaken. I ordered the tuna poke bowl, which was a delightful sushi-style dish 🍣 packed with seaweed and a variety of fresh ingredients. Each bite was bursting with excellent flavor. 😋

The place and the views are beautiful. The food was meh. Below average. The buddha and arenal bowls were disappointing, ribs were too fatty, so overall low quality food compared to other local restaurants, but on the expensive side. They say tip is not included but when showing the bill, they hid with their thumbs that it was indeed included. So we didn’t enjoy this place and would not go back.
