My name is wilmer cortez And on vacation. tonight I was invited to a great time with friends at your venue. Unfortunately I was surprised by the way I was treated by your staff. It was me and 3 of my friends, walking in and one of us went ahead and was able to get in. The rest were cut my other customers. When we reached a member of your staff I was told I wasn’t allowed to get in. I asked why that was and I was told your venue was to capacity, I moved and the member from your staff continue to let guest in. I approached your the member of your staff and asked why they were going in and I wasn’t and he answer “capacity”. I walked away and he continued to let guest in so I went again and approached him and he pretended to be on his ear piece and told me that he was told I wasn’t aloud in. I wasn’t giving a valid reason why I was told I couldn’t come in. I was Embarrassed In front of my friends. I went there to have a good time and experienced a terrible night from it. Im a U.S.A Citizen i was invited to Firan by a friend that was inside when i approach the entrance i was denied to come into Firan because the security stated that it had reach mad capacity so I turned around as soon as i turned around to leave the place the security started to let other people in i was discriminated by the way by the way I look he also faked the he was on his ear piece i turned around and I ask him why am i not allowed in the Firan he repeated the Firan was to capacity I left Firan very upset for the discrimaniton I experienced I hardly recomend not to visit this place just for the discrimaniton and racism the offer at the door...

Two things that worry me:

Xenofobic, if you’re on the darker tone of skin, you can also be turned down. Once you’ve been turned down, they stop answering on whatsapp. Mind you I made a reservation of 8 to SPEND money and have a great time!

Lastly, there’s a lot of youth in this place, I don’t know if the establishment does this purposely, but not a great place for mature audience. A bit worry some that a business keeps...
