Wasn't sure if we had the right place at first. Didn't really see the same name that is on Google Maps. No one else was in the restaurant around 12:30 PM. We took a chance on it. The pizza was the most authentic Italian we have had here in Costa Rica (and we have been many places here!). Friendly service in Italian (knows a bit of English). Pizza came in about 20 minutes. Pizza is cooked in a wood fire oven. It is thin (which I don't mind) and the toppings were great, including the shaved cheese. With so many different kinds of pizza, you know what this place specializes in and I would say it is worth a try! We are from Canada, by the way, and this pizza is definitely comparable to pizzas we have back home from great Italian restaurants.

A little hole-in-the-wall with the most amazing made-to-order homemade thin-crust pizza. I had the medium lasagna pizza and it was plenty for two. We could have shared with a third. The hospitality was very warm, inviting and friendly. They were attentive, quick and kind. Definitely worth the stop if you have really high standards and aren't worried about ambiance. The brick oven burn, think crisp crust, sweetness of the bread and sauce all reminded me of excellent NY pizza. 5 stars! Loved it!

I was searching for the best, authentic Italian pizza in Costa Rica, and I think I found it at Porta Via. It's a humble location, but Rafael uses imported Italian ingredients and incredible fresh dough to make really, really good pizza. The focaccia appetizer blew my mind. The Margherita was stupendous. Love this place.

The pizza at Pizzeria Napoletana is truly exceptional and stands out among all the other pizzerias we've tried in the vicinity. Their attention to detail in crafting the dough, the authentic Neapolitan-style toppings, and the perfect balance of flavors create a truly remarkable culinary experience. From the moment you take your first bite, you can taste the dedication and passion that goes into making each pizza.

The crust is thin, yet incredibly soft and airy, with a delightful charred edge that adds a smoky flavor. The tomato sauce is rich and vibrant, made from high-quality tomatoes and seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices. The cheese is perfectly melted, creating a luscious and indulgent texture.

What sets Pizzeria Napoletana apart is their commitment to using only the finest and freshest ingredients, which results in a pizza that bursts with genuine Italian flavors. The atmosphere at the restaurant is warm and welcoming, and the service is attentive and professional.

In a business-like sense, I highly recommend Pizzeria Napoletana for anyone seeking an exceptional pizza experience. Their consistent quality and dedication to excellence make it an ideal choice for both casual dining and special occasions. It's undoubtedly a place where you can impress clients, colleagues, or friends with a top-notch...
