La Fabbrica Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Francisco

Credit where credit is due. It is a nice establishment, clean and overall looks good, HOWEVER, in order to eat there you better have internet access on your smart device because that's the only way to do it. Unfortunately for us, we didn't have internet access and after we sat and an employee (not a waitress) came and asked if we had placed an order already - we were never told by anyone or were there any signs at the entrance that this was the way to do do.

How does a restaurant expect that a customer can order anything from them if they do not offer menus? Has this concept been erased from the management's mind?

We stood up and walked across the way to a restaurant that REALLY knows how to take care of their guests.

the worst service, when we enter it tells us that we can put 2 tables together because we were 7 people, we started to put the tables together, and it told us, that we can no longer do it, that in a table of 6 people, we had to fit 7 people, then The online menu was out of order, and they wanted us to share 1 menu among the seven people because it was impossible to give me another, the drinks that were on the menu were not available, the food was good but I would not return...

The attention was horrific. There was only two servers and the restaurant was full. The waiting time was over 40 minutes, the pizza came cold. Other people around were fuming because they waited over an hour. The worst part was paying, the guy was confused about our table order and was charging things we didn't order, when we let him know about his error he rolled his eyes and ugh at us as it was our fault.
