Bianka® Pizza Romana — Restaurant in San Pablo

Definitely marketing done right! On Insta, the looked incredibly unique. Kudos to the artist who created the contents. The reduced business hours , and the online promotions make them look like highly in demand. I tried reserving on a weekday (Wed) the same day and the all tables for reservation were taken. So, I reserved a week in advance. I had high expectations and was very excited to visit with my family. The quality and luxurious ingredients like truffle, prosciutto, aged coppa, the 72-hours fermentation dough made a great combination. The pizza were very delicious and the combination of flavors were very unique. The presentation was spot-on, loved how they showcase them. But I was a bit underwhelmed, they felt very airy and light, may not be filling enough for some considering the high price. The place was cozy and beautiful. For a non-franchise small business, the service was not as welcoming as I would have expected, that we-love-having-you-here feel did not happen. As of the reservation, it may be necessary on weekends, but it may not be for a weekday. We went on Wednesday and when we finished our meal, there were still several open tables without the "Reserved" sign on them. So, was it good? Definitely yes. Was it worth the price? The food is simply amazing, but the service is atrocious. We asked for water, never came. Made a slight change on the beverages, then 2 never arrived. We order different food items, one plate was never requested by the waiter and then we we asked about she became rude (as if it was our fault she forgot to type it in).

Would I come back? No. Although the prices are high I believe the food is worth it, but I will not put myself thought that horrible...

Visté pizzería Bianka, la comida estaba espectacular, el precio de las pizzas está acorde a lo que sirven, productos de muy alta calidad.

El punto débil es el servicio. Una de las persona de la mesa pidió una pizza especial debido a una restricción alimenticia. Su pizza llegó unos 20 minutos después que el resto de las pizzas.

Las meseras no ponen en la mesa ni ofrecen, chile, aceite, vinagre, etc., al hacer el comentario a la mesera nos constestó indiferente que ella no sabía que queríamos.

Días antes visitamos otra pizzería, con un standard menor al de Bianka y el servicio fue excepcional, nos puedieron en la mesa todos los aderezos sin necesidad de pedirlos.

En resumen, por el precio del menú el servicio debería estar al nivel de la cocina.
