El Pampero — Restaurant in Santa Cruz

I have lived in costa rica for three years and this was the only restaurant I have ever eaten at that had bad food. I could barely eat it and that was only because I was starving.

I ordered chop suey which had canned mushrooms, a strange colored meat that looked like it had artificial red coloring, and a pre packaged sauce.

The service was very slow even with only one other table being seated.

There was a strange smell in the restaurant like it was not very clean.

I cannot recommend...
