Our favorite soda in Avellana/Pinilla area. It has one of the largest selections of dishes for a soda. My favorite is the fried chicken and the quesadillas are really tasty. The quesadillas are nothing like your standard Mexican affair, rather they use thicker pancake like shells, which tastes much better than the crispy thin tortillas used by others. I also tried penne with chicken. It is tomato sauce based but it’s nothing like an Italian dish, but it was tasty and worth a try. Garlic shrimps are very very garlicky and buttery, but it was very good. The fish filet in lemon sauce was also very buttery and it uses marlin for the filet. The quantity was large and it was pretty tasty. If there are ML baseball games televised, generally they will play it on one of their two TVs.

My husband has been here many times but this was my first visit. Such a cool, local, Costa Rican Bar n Grill! The locals were very fun to hang with. Lotsa laughter and happiness here. The food was outstanding, we ordered the Chicken Wings, Quesadillas, a mouthwatering Hamburger and the Pork Rib Casado dinner. All wonderful foods and can't wait to try other menu items. This place was awesome, great ambiance, plenty of parking and the food was amazing! HUGE portions at very fare prices…probably our favorite meal in CR. In fact, we’re going back again tonight to see Carlos and his crew for another...
