extremely poor service, it had not been noted that we had booked a table 2 days ago, so the waitress had to ask the daily manager i think, who however confirmed that we had reserved table. Next we were directed to the table and were each given our menus, without any further questions as to whether we would like something to drink in the meantime. we waited for 25-30 minutes before someone finally came and asked us about ordering, we were then ready to order food and drinks. We ordered rumpsteak and chicken brochette, and it took about 40 minuts to get the food. I asked for the steak to be medium rare, but it was served medium plus, should have said something, but at least the steak was tender and juicy so that was a plus. Grilled vegetables can definitely be recommended, they were very good. there were also extremely many ants there. I would much rather recommend going to Vila Tina, which is about 100 m further down the street, the food is just as good if not better, is in the same price range and the service is impeccable there. in addition, the location is much nicer and there are no ants and small...
Read moreAfter a day at the beach near Trogir Old Town, we were getting hungry and searched Google Maps for a good restaurant. We came across this family-owned spot, and the photos in the reviews convinced us to give it a try, even though we weren’t expecting much. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly—the waitress was incredibly kind and polite.
The atmosphere was amazing, with a panoramic view and open windows at the tables. We ordered the grilled dorado, which was fantastic, and the grilled calamari, which was also excellent. We ended up ordering quite a bit! The only thing we weren’t too fond of was the Greek salad—it came without capers or onions but had a lot of paprikas instead. However, that was a minor issue compared to how much we enjoyed the view, the food, and the kind, attentive service.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. It’s well worth a visit to enjoy these...
Read moreFood and service is still as excellent as it was 7 years ago. Lovely family owned restaurant, with their own wine as well. Altough it is expensive depending on what dish you get, I still highly recommend it for the ones staying locally.
For the sea dishes we ordered, the waitress recommended that we order something with the fried and grilled Calamari that is already €20 - €23, which we were glad that we did. Otherwise we would have still been hungry... Very tasty but not worth the price as you have to order something with your main dish.
The mixed meat for grill you do get a fair amount for the...
