The service personell is really nice and we nearly immediatly got a place for two even though we did not reserve a place. You get complimentary bread as a starter and after ordering the food is served really fast considering for crowded it was. Outside there is a great view to enjoy. Inside it is not uncomfortable either but maybe a bit loud. The fish was done perfectly and the side ( potatoes and chard ) was ok. Some part of it was really salty such that it was nearly inedible. I even bit on a literal salt crystal. Otherwise the flavour was fine. The fried fish was also tasty overall. The mixed salad comes with tomatos, corn, cucumbers and a lot of cabbage. There is no dressing on it, you season it on the table to your taste.

Overall we enjoyed the visit and liked the people working there but maybe in the future the chef could use a little less salt on all dishes but especially the chard. Then I would definitely consider giving 5 stars for the price at which the...

Meine Familie und ich waren im Zeitraum von 15.05 - 25.05.2021 dort... wir haben das Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt und das war ein richtig guter Zufall!... ich weiß gar nicht wo ich die Lobrede beginnen soll...okay 🙂: dann starte ich einmal bei der Lage, die direkt am Meer ist und einen richtig schönen Ausblick hat... es gibt wunderschöne Plätze draußen und auch halb drinnen, was bei der Wetterlage zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr zum Genießen war und es hat auch richtig heimeliges Flair... wir waren dann noch ein zweites Mal dort weil es uns beim ersten Mal auch so gefallen hat.... was soll ich sagen das Essen war top top top 🤩🤩🤩... der Koch macht seinen Job offensichtlich mit Freude und ist auch noch gut dabei😀... auch beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man nur fünf Sterne vergeben... der einzig kleine negativ Punkt den ich sagen kann ist, dass das WC außerhalb den Berg hoch ist. Zum Abschluss möchte ich noch das Personal besonders positiv erwähnen... ich hatte immer wieder die Zeit das auch zu beobachten und die Mitarbeiter sind alle schnell, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.... ganz besonders möchte ich einen herausheben, wo ich nicht weiß ob das der Chef war (glaube aber schon) und wenn es so war dann kann ich nur sagen bleib so wie du bist😉... der Betrieb ist richtig gut geführt und man fühlt sich als Gast auch sehr wohl und gut versorgt... ich persönlich kann jeden nur empfehlen dieses Lokal zu besuchen und dort ein paar schöne und angenehme Stunden zu verbringen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen... in diesem Sinne wünsche ich dem gesamten Team eine gute Saison, und bleibt so wie ihr seid! We just had one of the best fish dishes ever at Il Segretto in Vrsar. The fish was incredibly fresh, bursting with rich flavor and perfect texture. The accompanying vegetable sides were cooked to perfection, complementing the main dish beautifully.

A special mention goes to our waiter, who expertly filleted a large fish into four portions right at our table – a display of real skill and professionalism.
