I arrived there to have a coffee and some sweets with family. After 30 minutes of waiting to be served they tell me there is no coffee because all the machines are broken. The young girl at the register was very rude.... before me she yelled at two customers for no reason. When I asked her to serve me, she took my order and then and stopped twice to talk to someone else, then to take another order in the middle of my order ... at that moment already people were all upset. She is either the owner, a family owner or something. If she is not and simply is employed, she needs to be either terminated or at the very least be trained on customer service.
