CHEZ PLAZA RESTAURANTE — Restaurant in Cárdenas

The restaurant looks beautiful but my day was destroyed by the waitress who gave me different food that I ordered. I ordered beef steak for 900 peso and she gave me pork. I thought this is Cuba so I understand not all food is the way I imagine. I don't like pork but what to do, I ate half of this. It was very salty and disgusting. I left half and asked for a receipt. The waitress told me 1500 peso and showed me in the menu that I ordered beef steak but from pork. Is she crazy???? If this is called beef it means it is not pork isn't it? The price was almost double and i got food that I didn't order and i really didn't like. I told her she made a mistake but she didn't care. She said i ordered this. So rude. She should pay for it not me. I didn't have enough money because i ordered something for 900 and not 1500. She called the guard. He just came and started starring at me and didn't solve the situation. Then the waitress TREATED ME TO CALL IMMINGATION. What is wrong with her????? She made a mistake and will ask immigration to explain this to her???? I said let me pay with a credit card but they don't accept it. So what do you think I can do????? Finally they slightly reduced the price but took all money that i had and I was left with an empty wallet. I couldn't even buy anything to drink on my way to the hotel I've never been in such a terrible situation. I will never...

It's the best place for eating lobster here, big one 2000 peso, medium 1500 peso, small - 1200 peso, very nice taste! If you eat it in Thailand you will pay 100$ per one medium, here is very taste and nice! You may change money from taxi drivers 10$=3000 peso and eat here, if you pay in peso, its better for you, cause in ressoran 1$=120peso (government course)! Very recommend this place! Eated here...

1000 pesos for a lobster dinner is a great deal in my opinion. Definitely cheaper than what the resort charges you. Food is excellent and affordable for tourists. Resorts are always out of mint for some reason every time we come, but this restaurant always has it and makes a fantastic one too...
