Restaurante La Concordia — Restaurant in Cuba

My fiancée and I stopped in late night for dinner and we are so glad we did!

This place is EXCELLENT!

The food and drinks are amazing, the atmosphere is everything you could hope for with an amazing rooftop or relaxed indoor dining, and most of all the service is phenomenal! Everyone cares so much about making your dining experience perfect.

It all started when Oscar, the front door team, briefly said hello and asked if we wanted to check out the menu. (Side Note: He was awesome. This was not the pushy behavior that you sometimes see in Old Havana.) Their kitchen is open late and this was music to our late diner ears.

Our first visit Jose helped us, we met with the bar team, the owners came by to say hi, and they had an amazing local pop-violinist performing. We had what was easily the BEST Ropa Vieja, Yuca Frites, croquettes, and risotto in Cuba. (We spent 8 days eating our way through the country.)

Then we went back the next day for an afternoon rum and cigar on the rooftop where, Oesis, our waitress, and the bar team talked us through all sorts of rum options to find the best match for the moment and my cigar.

On top of it all everything is fairly priced and we gladly overtipped for such an excellent meal and service experience.

We wish we had found this spot sooner because we would've gone back every day to try something new. We'll definitely be heading back the next time...
