Aroma Cafe — Restaurant in Çatalköy-Esentepe Belediyesi

Eşim ve kayınvalidem, bazı sevgili arkadaşlarla güzel bir buluşma için bu mekanı kullanmaya karar verdiler. Ancak, güzel bir öğleden sonra olması gereken şey, kötü niyetli personelden gelen bir taciz seline dönüştü. Karım gülmekle ilgili en büyük günahı işledi. Belli ki espri anlayışı olmayan bir kadın personel ona bağırmaya başladı (güldüğü için). Bununla birlikte, aynı personel zaten müziği tam ses seviyesine çıkarmaya karar verdiğinden, karım kime bağırıldığını bilmiyordu. "Müşteriler kahkahaların * aşırı gürültüsünden * rahatsız olduklarından şikayet edecekler" diye bağırmaya devam etti. Bu çok kabaydı ama maalesef 35-40 yaşlarındaki meslektaşı, "bağırırken onu görmezden geliyorsunuz" diyerek bu yıpratıcı taktikleri savunmaya karar verdi. Odanın diğer ucundan müşterilerine bağıran ve tartışan bir garson ve garsonu kim duymuş? Bu kadar trajik olmasaydı komik olurdu. Müşteri hizmetlerinin eksikliğinden derinden hayal kırıklığına uğradım: (kasıtlı olarak geç) yiyecekler çok pahalıydı.

My wife and mother-in-law decided to use this venue to have a nice get together with some dear friends. However, what should have been a lovely afternoon turned into a torrent of abuse from ill-mannered staff.

My wife committed the cardinal sin of laughing. A female member of staff, obviously without a sense of humour, began shouting at her (for laughing). However, as the self-same member of staff had already decided to whack the music up to its full volume, my wife did not know who was being shouted at.

She continued to shout, "the customers are going to be complaining about being disturbed by the excessive noise of laughter".

This was very rude, but unfortunately, her colleague, a man of about 35-40, decided to defend these abrasive tactics by stating, "you are ignoring her when she is shouting."

Who has ever heard of a waitress and waiter shouting and arguing across the room to their customers? It would be comedic if it wasn't so tragic.

I'm deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service: the (deliberately late) food...

I'll start with 'wow'. My mother and I had a selection of savoury and sweet börek (pastry/pie). They were all freshly made, piping hot and delicious. I had an ice cold beer and mum had a glass of ayran. I will definitely be returning.

Ps. We sat in the front conservatory with a lovely breeze but if it's too hot for you, the inside is fully air-conditioned.

This was one of the best restaurants close to where we were staying. The restaurant is very open, clean, and refreshing, almost as fresh as the lemonade.

I ordered a kıbrıs köftesi / (cypriot meat balls) for lunch, such a satisfying meal with a great salad which was almost as good as the meat! This was finished off with a takeaway of some freshly made Kattameri, which were still warm from...
