If you want local cuisine, and a great selection, this is the best place in Paphos, eat in or takeaway The food was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend this place enough.

Prices are unbeatable and the staff are the friendliest I met in Paphos.

The only thing I'd say is to get there early, once the food is gone, it's gone.
