Food was good and server was experienced but overworked and not supported. Obviously poor management and lack of training for service staff. It was an "experience" just not a pleasant one. Hard to recommend at this point. Hope they can get their act together to parallel the cuisine.

I've been asked to expand on the service issues.... as I mentioned the waitress was professional and knowledgeable but lacked support. When the meals arrived, they were bought by servers who did not seem to care who ordered what as long as the dishes made it to the table... complete lack of any order or caring. The main meal arrived long before the staters were finished and again, anxious to get the plates on the table and leave but not caring who ordered what and definitely not willing to help clear dishes or set the table of a comfortable experience. At the end of the meal all the dishes sat on the table until we asked for the bill. A couple of people from our group used the WC and noted that there were 5-6 servers?? sitting indoors where there were no customers and yet the customers seated outdoors were not being attended to.

As mentioned in the beginning, the quality of the food was good, apart from our orders for Mussels in Garlic Sauce which was comprised of about 2 dozen small mussels. One order was for grilled sea bass which after more than 1/2 hour were told they did not have sea bass and would sea bream be ok. This took another 40 minutes to arrive and so the person ate alone as everyone else had finished. The restaurant did comp that meal, but it still ruined...

Having passed this restaurant on the road during the day and not recognising it from our previous visits to Cyprus, we thought we'd come back in the evening and give it a try. So glad that we did! The restaurant straddles the main coast road. It offers outdoor covered seating for the warmer months, next to the sea, as well as indoor dining for the cooler winter season in the main restaurant on the other side of the road. They have a very extensive menu of speciality seafood. The restaurant was busy with a lively atmosphere and attracted mainly locals with some tourists. Many customers seemed to be enjoying the fish mezes. My husband and I opted for the seafood risotto. We both agree that it was the best seafood risotto that we'd ever tasted. Packed full of fresh mussels, prawns, octopus and squid in creamy rice. Judging by the popularity of the place, I'd guess that all their menu is equally as good. It seemed family friendly as there were highchairs available. The toilets are located in the main restaurant and care needs to be taken when crossing the road. They are difficult to spot as they are not signed and we had to ask a member of staff. They are at the back of the restaurant on the right through a 'Push Door' next to the kitchens. We were very impressed with this restaurant and will definitely return on future visits to Cyprus. There are plenty of staff who are friendly...

Very good fish indeed, but I don't know if we will ever go back (especially on a Sunday). The place was super packed, it was way too too noisy and the service was ok. The issue was that they delayed for a veeery long time my dad's dish, we notified two different servers and the response in the end after a veeery long time (I repeat), it was "we are sorry for the delay". They charged us the whole bill, they did not even come to talk to us, a supervisor or someone besides the servers and when I told the third server what happened she again apologised and said: "we will bring you sweets". And I said: "you bring sweets to every table. This is unacceptable that you are charging the whole bill, nobody came to say something and you are just apologising".

Another note is that the dishes were all accompanied by rice, veggies and fries. But, they are serving these in the middle. The rice was too little for four main dishes, the veggies were almost raw and the fries were excellent.

Once again, a huge disappointment from a restaurant on this Cyprus island, where service and good customer appreciation do not exist. I would not expect this from an awarded restaurant, but then again...
