McDonald's — Restaurant in Kato Polemidion Municipality

We ordered food, we got only half of the order. I asked for redelivery and they could get the food they already delivered back, but they only sent partial redelivery, that was also wrong. the day after I contacted the head Office and complained, they tried to buy me off with vouchers for 2 regular meals...

Another time I ordered, Food and drinks were missing from the order again.

I ordered 4 big tasty meals, a quarter pounder meal, a double cheese burger meal, I got the order from another customer, happy meal and two burgers. They did a redelivery... this time we got 4 double cheese burger meals,and nothing else! Not exactly what I had ordered.

Every time I place an order with them food is missing, and they don't have the will to fix the issue.

I tried to complain, they told me someone would call me, I never heard back from them.

My beautiful wife and I came to McDonald’s in Limassol. We happen to live in the country of Cyprus and as McDonald’s go this is in a premium spot however a little bit awkward to get to from the motorway that is not the fault of Mcdonalds so that is the fault of the ridiculous Cyprus Road authority Although that is another subject altogether. We are here to review McDonald’s now I would like to say the foliage outside was exceptional and the entrance and the seating and many other parts including children’s activities and technology inside with the touchscreen and everything was out of this world. I have been frequent McDonald’s all of my life and this McDonald’s above all else has a beautiful sunshine above high-quality food very clean very tidy. I really love the taste of McDonald's. 🍟I know it's not the healthiest food. But, if you are in a hurry or late at night and need for something fast and tasty McDonald's a great option. The specific restaurant is easy to find but some times has a lot of traffic. TIP: Instead of waiting on the drive through you can park and order take away.
