I often cycle through Konia, so I thought it was about time I visited one of the places to eat. It was a Monday lunchtime, and it looked like the only place open was The Mansion of Stavroula. There was no one sitting outside at the front, so I selected a table and went inside to see what there was to eat. I was met with a nice, warm, pleasant greeting. When cycling my go-to snack is coffee and cake. As with a lot of places outside of the tourist area, cake isn't often on the menu. And this was no different. I ordered an Iced Latte (excellent) and took the menu to see if there was anything I fancied. I opted for the Halloumi with honey. Smoothing sweet, albeit not a cake, it was absolutely delicious.
