Went for brunch with four people after hearing good things about it. We ordered 4 dishes and instead of getting all the food at the same time, we got two dishes first, after 10 mins one more dish and after another 10 mins the fourth dish. Normally it should have been ready at the same time as we are one group of people and we shouldn’t wait until everyone gets their food to start eating. One of the portions was with eggs benedict which was the name of the plate as well. The eggs came as hard as they could possibly come. After informing about it, we had to wait 5 minutes until they will ask the kitchen, then informed us that they could make a new dish in about 15 mins to which we replied that we would rather get a discount. Had to wait again for them to talk about it and they said they will remove it from our bill. Ideal resolution would be not waiting for 15 mins more until it gets confirmed by everyone, to me it is quite clear if you order a dish named eggs Benedict and they are not eggs Benedict , you have to offer the choice between another dish or some discount. 4 Stars because I really like the atmosphere and the design of the place & the fact that has a spacious parking nearby. I ve been 2 times there. First time from what i remember we had mix grill and it was ok. Yesterday I had a burger there and I am really dissapointed. paying 14 euros for a burger you expect it to be good quality or at least descent but it was not. It was way overcooked and dry. I didnt enjoy it and definately didnt worth the price.. I was not asked for my preference on doneness but I guess the default option for a 14 euros burger should be medium.. What I ate was beyond well done. Completely dry almost burned. I should have probably send it back. Anyway, I hope in the future they ll give more attention to their food. Probably I ll give them another chance at some point. But for now is not a place I ll suggest someone to go for a meal. Definately...

We tried to like this place but, three visits later and the problems are still there. On our first visit it was their first week so we forgave the 45m for 4 beers and 1h+ for food. Last night though they were beyond disappointing. The orders came wrong and with delays and one of the guys had to wait even longer for his burger. Pulled pork sliders that were explicitly asked for starters, came after the actual food and were cold. Unprofessional attitude by the waiter, really useless intervention from the manager, who asked us to give our full order again before ordering the one burger that was wrong. Even though we stayed and had more beers the final bill had no discount or complimentary items to balance the bad experience. Really wanted to like this one but can't see me going back...
