I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experiences at Apantisi. My family and I had been loyal customers for years, until we repeatedly noticed that their souvlaki would upset our stomachs. After taking a long break from ordering, we decided to give them another chance.

When I called to politely inform them of our past issues, making it very clear that this wasn’t a one-off incident, I was met with nothing but aggression and immediate dismissal. No concern, just arrogance and rudeness. Despite this unacceptable behavior, we gave them the benefit of the doubt.

To avoid any problems, I deliberately ordered a pork chop instead of souvlaki. Thankfully, that time, the food was fine.

Yesterday, we ordered again, and this time I had the mix souvlaki. Within 10 minutes of eating, my stomach turned inside out. I am still in pain today.

This is absolutely disgraceful. Serving food that repeatedly makes customers sick is not just bad service — it’s dangerous and irresponsible. Combined with their aggressive attitude toward feedback, it's clear that Apantisi has zero respect for the people who support them.

Very rude staff, I asked if it’s ok for them to deliver in Latsia area and they said okay, but I could listen the staff behind making jokes about how I live in another planet, and the girl on the phone was super rude were as soon as she got my order she hang up the phone in my face!!!! They could have just said ‘No, we cannot deliver there’ and be nice instead of mocking their customers that are going to PAY for their food.

The souvlaki was nothing special, the quality of the food is getting worse every time and the portions smaller. This was the last time I’m ordering from them considering their rude behavior.

This is what MONEY does to people. They stop caring about good service...

I have recently been into this restaurant and due to the fact that my order was late I made a complaint . The response I have gotten was unreasonable and very disrespectful. A few days later one of the employees of apantisi, a girl with glasses came with one boy to my work and started threatening and cursing at me.She told me that I have until tonight to delete my review otherwise they will burn down my house and car.That was the exact words she used.Really I have never experienced anything like this in any restaurant I have been too. As a paying customer I believe I have the right to complain if anything goes off...
