While appreciative that we were accommodated for Sunday lunch without having booked, the inattentive service was disappointing. This restaurant apparently offers the same fixed menu every day. As a result no menu - you eat what you get given… Food was OK albeit very under seasoned,but their pricing seems to be very flexible with tourists being charged a hefty surcharge. Our meal was by far the most expensive of our 2 months in N Cyprus. Final straw, after being ignored for the last half hour of our stay, when we eventually flagged down a member of staff to order coffee was for the manager coming to our table to inform us ‘no coffee for you’. AVOID this TOURIST-TRAP! The staff here is unwelcoming, unprofessional and outright sketchy. The food insipid: low quality mezze dips followed by a kleftiko pork-shank that tasted like nothing. Yes, the meat was tender but the flavor was all gone. All that amounted to almost 100€ (£2000)! This for 4 people with 1 beer and absolutely no dessert. However, NO BILL and NO food-items BREAKDOWN were handed out in the end. There was NO INDICATION on how the bill amounted to that! Other reviews say tourists are scammed here and this sounds accurate. Luckily the north has many other restaurants that have good food and honest owners; but not this one!...

We came there for meze. First we got a few starters, which were quite good. As a main dish we got lamb kleftiko, which was the only meat that they served. It was tender, but not rich in flavour. Staff seemed to be not very friendly and ignoring us. everything would be all right, if not the price of this meze. They charged us 1250TRY/ 61Euro for two meze and two beers, what shocked us.
